Greek Cheeseburger in Paradise
 19 oz. 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast ½ cup Fat Free Chicken Broth 4 Light Kaiser Rolls 1 oz. Fat Free Feta Cheese 2 Tbsp. Hummus Romaine Lettuce Greek Pepperoncini Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Directions: Divide the Turkey Breast into 4 equal portions and make into patties. Coat frying pan with olive oil cooking spray and fry the patties on med. high heat. After searing both sides of the patties, add a small portion of the chicken broth to the pan. Continue to add the broth periodically to prevent the burgers from drying out. Once the burgers are cooked and done, add the Fat Free Feta cheese and cover until the cheese is melted. Spread the Hummus on a Kaiser roll, add the Romaine Lettuce, the Greek Pepperoncini and the Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette to taste! Enjoy!
